Job Description

                    :  
Manage and complete more complex service tasks independently. 
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
Ensure accurate and detailed service reports are generated. 
Provide expertise and recommendations on technical issues. 
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions. 
Offer technical training support to Field Service Engineer I. 
Participate in work schedules creation with colleagues and/or management. 
Provide sales leads and feedback to support teams. 
Education  
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechatronics, electronics/engineering, or equivalent. 
Experience  
2-5 years of experience in a related field. 
•University degree with some experience of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments, ideally of Electron-Microscopes or similar technology.
