Field Service Engineer

Purpose of the Role

To support the end-user through planned preventative maintenance contracts, on-site training, continuous improvements and full machine analysis improving high level productivity within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device, FMCG and Foods sectors.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Always provide front line technical support (Project a positive and professional manner and attitude).
• Carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostic activities.
• Provide pro-active solutions for improved productivity (Energetic, dynamic and positive approach to challenging situations).
• Ensure Health, safety and welfare is always a priority.
• Electrical & Mechanical (Mechatronic) fault finding.
