Field Service Engineer

Position : Field Service Engineer Location : Kallang Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,300 Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance Duration : Permanent Industry : Semi-Conductor Industry
Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of scientific/analytical instruments. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases when required. Conduct product training and provide basic application support to customers. Prepare service reports, documentation and compliance records accurately. Coordinate with internal teams, principals and regional stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
