**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Execute and manage new BA projects, and troubleshoot BA systems for existing clients.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of company control processes, as well as the successful implementation of customer services and solutions.
