Job Description

The Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler will be responsible for managing the customer repairs process as well as providing on-site service work at customer sites on Regal Rexnord supplied brakes, clutches and couplings. This includes diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of Regal Rexnord products. They will also carry out assembly work when there is a no field service and repair work.
Summary of Duties and responsibilities
Service & Repair
Manage customer returns process to achieve annual repairs sales target and on time delivery in line with customer expectations
Strip and survey returned items and produce detailed report on parts and labour required with costings to repair the units if viable
Rebuild customer returns to “as new” standard to allocated delivery date as required.
