Field Service Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business & Financial Management**

+ Ownership of P&L for the assigned territory
+ Drive AOP planning and achieve annual sales targets
+ Drive Commercial matrixes- Order, Revenue, GM, Collection,
+ Drive Service Matrixes- SLA, OTC,OTA, NPS, Customer satisfaction.

**Service and Project Management**

+ End-to-end project execution including planning, monitoring, delivery, and closure
+ Deliver Larg scale and Spot job on time.

**Sales & Growth**

+ Lead sales initiatives and strategic deals to achieve order booking targets
+ Develop Business by delivering Growth year on year
+ Drive NPI to improve business shares in market
+ Focused growth in Digital product and SAS

**Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction**

+ Ensure timely service delivery aligned with SLAs
