Field Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented **Supervisor – Field Service** to join our team specialising in heavy vehicle equipment repairs and maintenance for our **Auckland** branch. This key appointment is responsible for coordinating all off-site based activities whilst providing direction to a team of dedicated field service technicians.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Efficiently manage the day to day running of field service work,
+ Plan, schedule and allocate all field service repair events for Auckland branch,
+ Lead, mentor, and coach field service technicians - remotely supervise repairs and sign off on Technicians work - track and measure technician productivity and performance,
+ Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers,
+ Provide technical support to the staff.
+ Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements.
