Field Service Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Supervisor - Field Service to join our team specialising in heavy vehicle equipment repairs and maintenance for our Auckland branch. This key appointment is responsible for coordinating all off‑site based activities whilst providing direction to a team of dedicated field service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the day‑to‑day running of field service work.
• Plan, schedule and allocate all field service repair events for the Auckland branch.
• Lead, mentor, and coach field service technicians – remotely supervise repairs and sign off on technicians’ work – track and measure technician productivity and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide technical support to the staff.
• Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements.
• Conduct Job Safety Observations and daily review of technicians’ JSA's. ...
