Field Service Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The position is responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of field service activities, including retrofitting, preventive maintenance, on-site installation, testing, and commissioning, in accordance with approved procedures, budgets, plans, and quality standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, coordinates, and supervises field service and testing activities, including testing, installation, retrofitting, commissioning, and preventive maintenance, in compliance with company standards.
• Coordinates with internal departments and Business Development to ensure timely and quality delivery of service and project commitments.
• Leads and manages the Field Service team and subcontractors to achieve operational, quality, and safety objectives.
• Conducts site inspections, evaluates work requirements, and reviews Bills of Materials for service costing and execution.
