ICM Solutions - an industry leader in crushing, screening, and white paving equipment - seeks an experienced **Field Service Technician with crushing and screening expertise** to support our growing team in Idaho. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who thrives in the field, enjoys complex troubleshooting, and takes pride in keeping critical production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will provide expert-level service support for both customer-owned equipment and ICM rental fleets, working in the shop and at customer sites. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver practical, real-world solutions in demanding environments.
