Field Service Technican

Overview

Technical Service Specialist with previous industrial mechanical experience needed to support industrial doors. This is an on-site role in Guadalajara and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
• Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
• Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities

What we are looking for

• Certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
• Three+ years experience in a technical support role, preferable in a manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
