Field Service Technician, CNC machine-tools

In this exciting and polyvalent position, you will be part of the Laser department team, collaborating closely with the Technicians Manager, the laser R&D team and laser sales team and with customers. After an intensive training period at the factory, you play a pivotal role in the commercial success of laser machines ensuring pre-sales and after-sales technical activities with customers.

Main tasks

Collaborate with the R&D team and sales team to conduct technical tests for internal projects or customer projects on laser machines

In collaboration with the sales engineer, prepare and proceed to demonstration tests during customers visits at the factory

Support existing or future customers on technical aspects related to laser machines

Install laser machines on customer’s sites mainly in Germany, ensure training of users, maintenance and after-sales services
