Objective
Deliver field-based technical support and repair services for specialized industrial machinery. Perform equipment installations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance at customer facilities to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

+ Execute mechanical repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment at customer locations

+ Perform commissioning and startup procedures for newly installed machinery

+ Conduct on-site service calls to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions

+ Provide remote technical support via phone and digital communication channels
