Summary:
In the Field Service Technician position, you are in a primarily field-based, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for assisting in maintenance, repair, delivery, installation, and/or exchange of all Brown Foodservice beverage, chemical, and commercial kitchen equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Equipment may include fountain beverage, cappuccino, tea and coffee dispensing equipment as well as restaurant chemical dispensing equipment and commercial fryers and dishwashers. Working out of our Louisa, KY facility, y ou will be an essential part of our team that has been servicing customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and perform scheduled equipment installations, preventative maintenance, service for our customers.

+ Collaborate with other Field Service team members and outside sales representatives as needed....
