• Job Summary

The Field Service Technician / Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for the profitable growth and service of Institutional customers in his/her territory. The successful TM develops and implements improvements in customer operations driving retention and enhanced margins for the division.

• Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

Safety

• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements
• Act as a safety champion at customers' sites

Business Planning & Review

• Meet established sales and profitability targets
• Analyze and review with manager business results, identify growth opportunities and action plans
• Deploy divisional programs and initiatives
• Implement targeted price increases at designated customers
• Establish service call plan to meet service level agreements
