**Job Description**

Responsible for coordinating projects, attending customer and vendor meetings, as well as the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery used in industries such as automotive, aircraft, medical, and bridge construction. This position involves the sale and service of cold, warm, and hot forging presses and related equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to machines accurately and efficiently.
+ Install, assemble, and disassemble machines effectively.
+ Clean parts and adjacent areas during repairs.
+ Follow established tool procedures and maintain lockout/tagout locks for safety.
+ Send, receive, and analyze customer interview sheets; perform thorough preventative maintenance and create reports within two weeks of service.
+ Coordinate closely with the Sales Department and Office Staff on ongoing projects.
