Field Service Technician

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices located at customer sites. This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and providing expert guidance to address their needs. The position is located in Moncton, New Brunswick and is remote.

Typical Day

• Provide ongoing care and support for customers’ equipment.
• Install Videojet products and solutions at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
• Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers, developing excellent relationships.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology to extend Videojet’s market footprint.
