FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time position as a Field Service Technician at I-Flow (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, based in Seberang Jaya, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for I-Flow's range of industrial equipment and machinery.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Compressed Air Products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, and carry out necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on the proper operation and care of their equipment.
• Work closely with the Service Team to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all equipment.
