Location: Philippines. This field service role requires extensive travel to customer sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.
• Perform inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks for customers nationwide.
• Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
• Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
• Complete required reports and documentation including field service reports and timesheets.
• Attend service trainings as prescribed by the company to improve technical competencies.
• Proper use and upkeep of assigned company assets (mobile phone, laptop, service tools, company vehicle...
