Field Service Technician / Senior Field Representative, Technology Services – Victoria

Mission: Service and repair a variety of office equipment (multi‑function printers) at customer locations within a specific geographic area. May be a specialist on certain products.

This role is based in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in servicing and repairing a core set of complex mid‑volume multi‑functional devices and, when needed, low‑volume devices based on regional business needs.
• Perform a full range of servicing procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on core mid‑volume devices.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
• Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
