Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product failures in a timely and professional manner
Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service to distributors and end customers
Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training in accordance with project scope
Review and support the processing of warranty claims from a technical perspective
Provide standby support for customer assistance
Support a wide range of diesel generator sets, from small to large capacity, including service and technical training
Conduct technical training for distributors and dealers to enhance service and troubleshooting capabilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized technical and training documentation
Work closely with key customers to ensure issues are followed through until full resolution
Provide technical assistance during factory testing for special projects
