FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Main responsabilités : . To deliver or collect machines for after sale and hire fleet customers. . Performance of repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance program and quotation job on site. . Conduct Training for Operators on the correct method of operation and daily check maintenance of the new and hired fleet machine on site. . Assist PE inspection for sale and hire machine fleet on site. . Any other technical related aspects as and when required. . Responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within the work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customers. . Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value. . General service report writing for internal and external customers. . Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies .
