Field Services Engineer

Key roles:

• Equipment Assessment and Troubleshooting at site (including report preparation).
• Equipment Testing and Commissioning at site (including report preparation).
• Assist in Service Training (Product Training and Technical Sharing).
• Work with branch service management and market assurance personnel in resolving technical service related issue.
• Able to work with service sales engineers relating to technical support.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Preferably minimum 2 years working in air-conditioning field.
• Junior position may be considered for fresh engineering graduates.
• Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCad.
