Leading the Site projects with all technical related Site Planning & execution

• Prior to site deputation, work along with Tech Leads as Team Leader on pre-planning inc tool kit, full kit, Part list prep and barchart finalization.
• Be part of Site Briefing / De briefing of respective Jobs (focus - Standardisation / Continual Improvement)
• Arrange the day`s tools, consumables & parts required pro-actively to ensure completion of planned work preferably expedite the work to keep free time for unplanned challenges due to unforeseen circumstances
• Anticipate the Gray Areas in Advance and Plan them with concrete solutions before..
• Daily basis - Customer updates, kick off meeting, relation with ground authorities, updates on work progress, highlight gaps / mishaps from customer side.
