Field Services Engineer

VENTES Mexico has partnered with a leading PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing company. We are seeking a customer-focused Field Customer Service Engineer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the PCBA manufacturing, be able to communicate in English, and can travel when needed. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers across Mexico, addressing PCB performance, process, and PCBA-related issues.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Asia, effectively conveying feedback, technical needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Travel throughout Mexico for hands-on support as needed.
• Troubleshoot promptly to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
