Field Services Engineer (Santiago)

Responsibilities

• Assist in BESS/Solar PV projects execution, commissioning and post sales of solar systems.
• Manage Service Request (SR) tickets handling applicable to client’s needs.
• Work within a team to complete tasks & projects in line with established policies and procedures.
• Understand the full scope of work for a given project including supervision installation, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, integration, troubleshooting and acceptance.
• Help carry out site audit for BESS/solar plant locations.
• Prepare site audit reports, commissioning reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.

Qualifications

• English proficiency: intermediate to advanced (essential).
• Electrical Engineering degree in Electromechanics or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any related field.
