Field Services Engineer

Our client, part of the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical automation industry, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support clients mainly based in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance of devices
• Diagnosis and resolution of issues on site and remotely, both related to HW and also SW
• Bug and mechanical issues identification
• Installation, start-up and adjustment of devices
• Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to the artificial vision system installed on devices
• Installation of enhancements on the installed equipment
• Development of service documentation (preventive, corrective... maintenance manuals)
• Support in testing tasks
• Train internal and external service providers
• Coordination of sites installation
