Role Overview
This role provides on-site basic technical support for Business Impact Area (BIA) environments, supporting VIP users and core business systems.
The position is ideal for early-career professionals and focuses on delivering hands-on IT support, resolving routine technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic on-site technical support for VIP users within BIA environments
Support configuration, installation, and maintenance of market data systems Bloomberg, Reuters, Broadcast, Dealing, Agência Estado, BMF)
Provide support for proprietary and commercial systems Windows, Office, ERP systems such as Totvs) across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Perform on-site diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues
