OverviewField Services Technician role responsible for on-site integration of company and multi-vendor system solutions, including hardware, software, networking products and operating systems.LocationGuanajuato, Guanajuato (MX-GUA), Mexico.ResponsibilitiesOn-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers and associated peripherals.Act as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters.Interpret clients' needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution with sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.EEO StatementNTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
