Field Services Technician

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Performs basic configuration of desktop, notebook, and printers
• Assists with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers
• Travel may be required

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
• Basic client service skills
