- They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.

- Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
- May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks/printers.
- Travel may be required- Typically requires 9-18 months' relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Basic client service skills.
