Field Supervisor for Integrated Vegetation

Spectrum Resource Group is seeking an Integrated Vegetation Management Supervisor for Spring 2026. Take charge of a dynamic team, ensuring effective vegetation management practices in diverse conditions.
In this seasonal, full-time role, you'll supervise IVM crews, oversee essential administrative duties, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will plan and implement logistics for daily operations, working alongside the Project Manager to ensure project quality and budget adherence. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing various terrains and fostering a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise IVM crews, ensuring safe operations
• Manage payroll, production tracking, and reports
• Plan logistics for effective team operations
• Work directly with crews to support daily tasks
• Ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• 3-4 years’ experience in IVM
• Relevant certificate or degree is an asset
