Field Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

The role of Field Supervisor supports day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient business processes and functions. The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities and an understanding of task tracking and project management approaches.

Daily Office Management Tasks

+ Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.

+ Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team.

+ Training arrangement.

+ Field visitation plan.

+ Uniform arrangement.

C onduct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks

+ Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories.

+ Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team.
