Position Type & Schedule

Full time with seasonal fluctuations – expect to be busier during spring/fall season changes, and slightly less in the middle of summer and winter. All start times 6:30AM or slightly later, depending on operational needs. Summer is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, Winter is on-call – we work when Mother Nature says we do!

The Role

The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a landscaping crew division to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the team of around 10 people, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the company’s standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
