Field Supervisor - N2P

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of supervising and directing subcontractor crews to ensure all civil field activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project, quality, and commercial objectives.
This role plays a critical part in overseeing pit & pipe, underground asset works, and telecommunications civil construction across Sydney + ACT Regions. You will act as the key on-site leader, ensuring compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction across multiple active sites.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clear leadership and direction to civil crews and subcontractors to achieve project KPIs and exceed client expectations.

Deliver subject matter expertise in telecommunications civil construction, particularly pit & pipe and underground infrastructure.

Review, authorise, and sign off civil permits to work, ensuring risks around underground assets and services are properly controlled.
