Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor – Port Solutions to lead and support crane service operations across key customer sites in Auckland, New Zealand.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you will carry out detailed crane inspections, oversee complex repairs and modernisations, and provide expert troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems on a wide range of lifting equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing detailed inspections across all crane makes and models
• Leading and supporting complex repairs, installations, and modernisation work
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults on non‑standard equipment
• Delivering emergency breakdown response and problem‑solving solutions
