As our Field Supervisor of Temporary Structures, you are the backbone of every build. You’ll manage the safe, efficient assembly of large-scale fabric structures and accessories. From coordinating high-profile site logistics to mentoring a hardworking crew, you ensure every project is executed with precision, safety, and speed.
What You’ll Do
Lead from the Front: Supervise and train your team on the safe assembly and removal of structures, ensuring every bolt and fabric panel meets our gold standard.
Command the Site: Take full ownership of job site coordination, including pre-plan meetings, managing temporary labor, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and inspectors.
Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use your logic and grit to navigate weather challenges, underground utility logistics, and complex diagrams.
