Field Supervisor

Summary This vacancy is for a Field Supervisor (FS) position supporting Special Census (SC) operations for Westfield, IN. This position reports to the U.S. Census Bureau's Chicago Regional Office. Applicants selected will have their home as their Duty Station and will be required to travel throughout their local area. Responsibilities Leads a team of Field Representatives responsible for conducting interviews primarily in person (door to door) and when requested may conduct phone interviews to collect SC data as required within an assigned geographic area. Understands the SC being conducted including response patterns, their effect on interviewing experience, and is able to leverage general guidance, previous training, experience, and resource material in directing Field Representatives to resolve issues.
