Field Support Associate

Job Description:

• Comply with the policies. rules & regulations of the company.
• Observe and follow rules & regulations of Bureau of Immigration (BI), Philippines Retirement Authority (PRA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Securities and Exchange Comission (SEC), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and other government agencies or offices related to Visa Processing and other ancillary services.
• Perform Fieldwork task to government offices or agencies, such as Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and other government offices & agencies and assist clients for medical and laboratory test.
• May be assigned to collect payment of clients, pick up and/or deliver passport
