Role & responsibilities:
Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members
providing IT Support
Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same
Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive
performance of the team
Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier
relationship
Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members
