Field Tech Associate

We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in Camino a Cañas s/n Huerta las Glorias Demarcación Ocampo C.P. 67528 Montemorelos, N.L., Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Assist with simple parts replacement and repair of desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic client service skills.
