Your Responsibilities
Train and educate installers in Emaldo solutions (on-site, online, classroom).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when installers need assistance.
Perform quality assurance on installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.
Provide technical advice to the sales team and build strong relationships with installers.
Collect technical feedback and contribute to product development.
Support the test center and customer support team, and participate in events and customer visits.
