**Main Purpose of the Role**

+ Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
+ Applies subject matter knowledge.
+ Requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Build up relationship with customers.
+ Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate services in response to the customer’s needs. This involves appraising customer needs and advising on product application or services.
+ Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient treatment options. Engage customers in meaningful clinical discussions, which can positively impact patient outcomes, while being presented in the procedure.
