Field Technical Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pro-Solutions Technology Company's systems at client locations. This role requires direct interaction with schools and educational institutions to install, maintain and support the company's software and hardware solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. On-Site Installation and Maintenance

· Install and configure software solutions, hardware and network systems at client locations

· Perform routine maintenance, updates and troubleshooting of installed systems

· Ensure all installations comply with company standards and client requirements
