Field Technician – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract – Hawkes Bay. We are seeking a motivated Field Technician to join our Hawkes Bay team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to dive in, learn, and develop their skills.

We work on a number of large-scale infrastructure projects around New Zealand, and we thrive on learning opportunities provided. The role involves field testing to a high level of accuracy. The work is hands-on and physical and may involve adverse environmental conditions. Early starts, late finishes, and occasional overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical field-testing, sampling, investigating, and testing/monitoring of ground material properties.
• Civil laboratory testing.
• Operation of heavy testing and soil sampling equipment.
