JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Field Technicians to join our growing team. The role focuses on the installation and repair of fiber optic internet services for residential and business customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Basic knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling, network devices, and testing equipment.
· Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
· Troubleshoot and repair internet connectivity issues
· Ensure proper configuration of modems and other related devices
· Provide excellent customer service during field visits
· Follow company safety and quality standards
· Submit daily service reports
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least High School Graduate / Vocational / College Level
· With experience in fiber installation and repair is an advantage
· Knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs) and standard field operations procedures. ...
