Who we’re looking for… Department: Research Team: Research Operations Reports To: Research Operations Lead Supervisory Responsibility: This role currently does not have direct reports.
FLSA Classification: Exempt or Non-Exempt Location: India [Remote] Knit has a hybrid working policy, with team members in the US and India.
In the US, we have pods in NYC, Austin, Chicago, and D.C.
In India, we have a pod in Delhi.
This role is expected to be online 3:30am–11:30am EST / 2:00pm–10:00pm IST, Monday - Friday.
Travel: This role will not be expected to travel.
Note, Knit US does a US All Team Summit in-person once per year.
