Fife Simulation Manager

NHS Fife is seeking a motivated Simulation Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of simulation based education across our three Simulation Centres in NHS Fife. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Medical Education Department, supporting training for over 800 medical students and 260 doctors in training, while also promoting multidisciplinary learning and patient safety improvement across the organisation.
The Simulation Manager will work closely with the Director of Medical Education (DME), NHS Fife's Simulation Lead, and the Medical Education Manager to design, deliver, and enhance high quality simulation programmes. You will oversee the daily management of staff, equipment, training delivery, and the development of innovative, technology enhanced learning environments.
