Filing & Prosecution Specialist

Job Description
Filing and Prosecution Administration team is providing support to Nokia's Patenting organization in building and managing the global patent portfolio. The team is responsible of filing patent applications, handling incoming and outgoing patent application prosecution correspondence, docketing and maintaining data in Intellectual Property Rights tools, interfacing with external associates globally, ensuring data quality and accuracy, tracking deadlines and working closely with internal patent practitioners.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Support and collaborate with practitioners in the filing and prosecution of patent applications
• Create and maintain accurate records and docketing in patent database
• File patent applications via electronic filing systems
