This role blends 
direction + scriptwriting + editing

, and requires hands-on experience using 
Gen-AI tools

to accelerate ideation, pre-production, editing, localization, and post-production workflows.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-retention stories optimized for short attention spans, mobile viewing, and series-based binge behavior.
